Nonsurgical Level 1

The Level 1 introductory 4-hour workshop is divided into didactic and hands-on instruction. Practical instruction is provided on the fundamentals of aesthetic nonsurgical rejuvenation of the face, with a course emphasis on the use of HA fillers and neurotoxins.

Nonsurgical Level 2

The Level 2 workshop is a 4-hour intermediate level training session divided into didactic and hands-on instructional segments. Aesthetic non-surgical facial rejuvenation techniques of the upper, middle, and lower face are showcased with an emphasis on evolving basic techniques to intermediate and advanced levels. Course emphasis on the use of neurotoxins and hyaluronic acid is employed.

Rejuvenation of the Lower Face

The Lower Face Rejuvenation workshop is a 4-hour training course divided into didactic and hands-on instructional segments. Course emphasis includes advanced techniques for lip augmentation and perioral rejuvenation. The use of both neurotoxins and hyaluronic acids is employed.

Midfacial Rejuvenation and Volumization

The midfacial rejuvenation workshop is a 4-hour training course divided into didactic and hands-on instructional segments. Course emphasis is on mid-facial volumization in both subcutaneous and subperiosteal injection planes, used to correct senescence-related elements of midfacial descent and volume loss..

Periorbital Area

The periorbital rejuvenation workshop is a 4-hour training course divided into didactic and hands-on instructional segments. The course emphasis focuses on advanced techniques in periorbital rejuvenation, utilizing both hyaluronic acids and neurotoxins.

Introduction to Cannulas

The introduction to cannulas workshop is a 4-hour training course divided into didactic and hands-on instructional segments. Students are presented a broad overview of the utility of cannulas, their advantages over sharp needles, “best practices” of techniques and targeted anatomic regions most commonly utilized with cannulas. A minimum of 2 years previous injectables experience is required prior to registration for this class.

Advanced Cannula Course

The advanced cannula workshop is a 4-hour training course divided into didactic and hands-on instructional segments. This course expands on the introduction to cannulas course. Here, more progressive techniques are introduced including the utilization of cannulas in complex multi-planer volumization, dorsal hand and temporal volumization techniques, and utilization of cannulas in the administration of poly-L-lactic acid. A minimum of 3 years previous injectables experience and attendance of the introductory cannula course is required prior to registration for this course.

Panfacial Rejuvenation

The Panfacial workshop is a 4-hour training course divided into didactic and hands-on instructional segments. It is among the most advanced courses taught in aesthetic facial rejuvenation and utilizes both neuromodulators as well as dermal fillers, biostimulators, and more. The course emphasis focuses on panfacial assessment and recognition of native facial dys-balance with associated adaptive treatment strategies. Students are allotted an hour of one-on-one hands on training with the instructor(s). This is considered an advanced workshop and requires a minimum of 3 years of previous injection experience utilizing neuromodulators in dermal fillers. Additionally, students must pass the online CME Activity “Anatomical Context of Facial Aesthetics” and “Artistry and Technique of Facial Rejuvenation” prior to participation in the course. Additional course requirements include fulfillment of the Introduction to Cannulas Course as well as personal experience with midfacial volumization techniques.

Full Day Intensive

This is an all day course divided into a morning segment with a designated anatomy lab which demonstrates salient surgical anatomy with associated neurologic and vascular structures, on a pre-dissected cadaver head, presented by a world renowned anatomist. Emphasis is placed on identifying correct surgical planes in order to optimize facial volumization and neuromodulator techniques. Following a one-hour lunch break, the afternoon session is the standard 4-hour training course divided into didactic and hands-on instructional segments, with an emphasis on utilizing dermal fillers and cannulas to optimize product placement and ultimately, outcomes. A minimum of 2-years injectables experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers is required prior to registering for this course.

The Male Facial Aesthetic

The Male Facial Aesthetic workshop is a 4-hour training course divided into didactic and hands-on instructional segments. The course emphasis focuses on how to properly assess and identify characteristic signs of male facial aging, and how it differs from the female facial aesthetic. Treatment strategies are then developed to rejuvenate the male face in a gender-appropriate manner, with the ultimate goal to create a refreshed, balanced look. A minimum of 2-years prior experience in neuromodulators and dermal fillers is required prior to registering for this course.

Management of the Submentum

The Submentum Management workshop is a 4-hour training course divided into didactic and hands-on instructional segments. Relevant submental anatomy is reviewed including salient neurologic markers. This is followed by techniques utilized in optimizing the cervico-mental angle with the use of deoxycholic acid injections. A minimum of 2-years prior experience in neuromodulators and dermal fillers is required prior to registering for this course.
