Consultation Fee
Surgical and Non-Surgical consultations with Dr. Glenn Vallecillos are $250. Consultation fees are due at the time of booking. Consultation fees are non-refundable. Consultation fees are only refundable if the patient cancels two (2) business days prior to their appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments with Dr. Glenn Vallecillos is very important to our team and is reserved especially for you. However, please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment and patients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide two (2) business day notice by phone or email. Less than two (2) business day notice will result in a $150 fee for all non-consultation appointments. All appointments must be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Payments Accepted
We accept all types of payment including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, cash, and Apple Pay.
Insurance Accepted
In general, cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures are not covered by most insurance policies as they are considered elective procedures. However, depending on the insurance carrier and the type of policy carried, there are a few exceptions including breast reduction surgery for females and gynecomastia surgery for men, as well as lower body lift surgery for massive weight loss patients. Additionally, concurrent “cosmetic“ procedures can be performed in conjunction with functional surgeries. An example is a septoplasty in which a breathing obstruction in the nasal cavity is remedied. This can often be combined with a rhinoplasty procedure performed for cosmetic purposes, although the patient is held responsible to cover the costs of the cosmetic portion of the procedure in its entirety. Lastly, insurance coverage is always taken case by case as different insurance companies and plans cover varying procedures. Our office is out of network for most insurance companies.
