Advanced Facial Contouring & Refinement
Surgical Results with Dramatically Less Downtime & No Scars
WHAT IS ACCUTITE™
AccuTite™, also referred to as “RFAL,” (Radio Frequency Assisted Lipolysis) is a ground-breaking minimally invasive technology designed to tighten skin in small or hard to reach areas with virtually no incisions, no scars, and a minimal recovery period. AccuTite is the smallest, minimally invasive RFAL device on the market. This device is perfect for patients who need precise fat reduction or skin contraction.
CANDIDATES FOR ACCUTITE™
AccuTite™ is designed for patients interested in looking more youthful, with mild to significant skin laxity or excess skin who are either not candidates for more invasive surgeries such as a facelift or necklift, or who simply do not want the associated significant scars or downtime of more invasive procedures. Best results are found in healthy patients who are non-smokers, and avoid risk factors such as excessive sun exposure.
THE ACCUTITE™ PROCEDURE
The AccuTite™ device consists of a very fine probe inserted via a tiny incision into the fatty layer of the skin, just beneath the surface. The saggy tissue of interest is then selectively treated utilizing a proprietary radio-frequency energy concentration technology, without affecting surrounding sensitive areas of the face, such as nerves. The treated areas subsequently undergo three-dimensional remodeling with the result being considerable skin tightening without the need for a scar. Results are seen immediately and continue to improve over the course of the next 4 months. The treatment is performed as an outpatient procedure under a local anesthetic.
HOW IT WORKS
HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Results are seen immediately after the procedure, and skin contraction up to 26 % can be expected in a single treatment. Over the next 16 weeks following the treatment, new, more organized collagen is formed through the healing process which will continue to enhance the facial contour.
WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED?
Although any area on the face and neck with saggy skin can be treated, the most commonly treated areas are small or hard to reach areas that include the hands, brows, neck, lower face, nasolabial folds, periorbital region, and knees.
PROCEDURE AND POST CARE?
AccuTite™ is performed under local anesthesia or light sedation. Post-procedure, patients are discharged home and resume regular activities shortly thereafter. Wearing a compression garment is recommended for best results. Mild to modest swelling and redness can be expected for about a week.
