The ICLED Minimally-Invasive Neck Lift is a scarless procedure I perform under a local anesthetic to enhance the lower face and jawline. During the procedure, a light-guided suture system to tighten the neck area by lifting the deeper tissue layers of the neck . Treatment time is about one hour.

Additionally, if the neck requires additional tightening, I perform FaceTite and Morpheus8 at the same time to optimize results by creating optimal skin contraction.   1. Preparation: Begin preparing for your procedure at least two weeks ahead of time, especially if you take blood thinning medications or smoke. Blood thinning medications include NSAIDs like aspirin and Ibuprofen, as well as certain vitamins and supplements like Gingko biloba.
  2. Anesthesia: ICLED requires only a local anesthesia. Discuss your anesthesia options with Dr. Vallecillos during your preoperative consultation.

After applying the local anesthesia, Dr. Vallecillos will make a small incision under the chin. Depending on the patient, fat may be removed or redistributed with liposuction. Dr. Vallecillos will then place the suture support system underneath the entire jawline. The suture support system is placed similar to the mechanism of a shoe lace.
