Juvederm Volite Skin Plumping
Juvederm Volite Skin Plumping is designed to help combat skin dehydration. Allergan introduced Juvederm Volite to the European markets in 2017 as a new generation of hyaluronic acid injectable filler. Unlike other hyaluronic acid fillers on the market, Juvederm Volite was designed to be injected very superficially in the skin. Juvederm Volite Skin Plumping treatments create a skin glow, with improvement in skin hydration, skin tone, texture, smoothness and elasticity.
Juvederm Volite & Skin Aging
Skin aging is a slow and progressive process that occurs slowly over the course of decades. Common changes seen with skin aging include loss of facial volume, the effects of gravity, and the degeneration of collagen with loss of elasticity. Over time the skin begins to sag and develops textural changes and permanent deep wrinkles. Additionally, skin aging is worsened by the loss of skin moisture.
Moisture loss in the skin, in particular, is an often overlooked sign of aging. Losing skin moisture is a natural finding as the skin ages because our skin loses the ability to efficiently generate hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is key ingredient responsible for skin hydration. In fact, hyaluronic acid is able to carry multiple times its own weight in water, making it an ideal molecule to introduce hydration into the skin when needed.

Benefits of Volite Skin Plumping Treatment
Juvederm Volite Skin Booster Treatment
The Juvederm Volite skin booster treatment involves a series of injections that takes between 15 and 30 minutes per treatment. Juvederm Volite skin booster treatment results last up to 9 months. During the treatment, the skin is blanketed with a thin layer of Juvederm Volite hyaluronic acid filler. The effects of Juvederm Volite treatments are immediate, producing a hydrated, supple skin appearance.
Any area of the body may be treated with Juvederm Volite. The most common areas treated with Juvederm Volite are the face, the neck, and the hands. Treatments with Juvederm Volite are coordinated with light laser-based therapies, as these treatments may inadvertently cause the breakdown of hyaluronic acids fillers such as Juvederm Volite.
